A Glasgow property company built to last

Privately owned, director-led and grounded in the west of Scotland — investing in property here since 2011.

Our story

From a single building to a growing property business

Clydeholm UK Limited was established in 2011 and takes its name from the stretch of the Clyde it calls home. From our base on Dumbarton Road in Partick, we set out to do property properly — buying carefully, improving thoughtfully and holding for the long term.

What began with residential stock in the west end and along the river has grown into a broader property business spanning residential and commercial assets. Through changing markets, our approach has stayed the same: back good buildings in good locations, add real value through development and refurbishment, and manage everything with the care of an owner.

We are not a fund and we are not agents. We are a privately owned company investing our own capital, which means we can take a longer view, act quickly, and stand behind the quality of what we deliver.

What we stand for

The principles behind every decision

Property is a long game. These are the values that keep us steady through it.

Long-term thinking

We buy to hold and improve, not to flip carelessly. Decisions are made for where a building will be in ten years, not ten weeks.

Quality that endures

We specify and build to last, favouring sound materials and honest workmanship over quick, cosmetic fixes that fail.

Straight dealing

Clear conversations, decisions we can act on and commitments we keep — with vendors, tenants, trades and neighbours alike.

Local commitment

We invest in the places we know. Improving Glasgow's buildings and streets is good business and something we take pride in.

Discipline with capital

We are patient buyers and careful spenders. Good returns come from buying well and controlling costs, not from chasing.

Care for occupiers

Well-kept buildings and responsive management mean good tenants stay — which is better for them and for the asset.

Ownership & leadership

Director-led, and close to every project

Clydeholm is privately owned and led by its principal, Mr Khalid Parvaiz, who oversees acquisitions, development and the running of the portfolio. That close involvement keeps decisions quick, standards consistent and accountability clear.

Because the people who own the company are the people making the calls, there is no distance between a promise and its delivery. When we commit to a purchase, a project or a tenancy, we see it through.

  • Privately owned company investing its own capital.
  • Hands-on leadership across acquisitions and development.
  • Consistent standards from first viewing to final handover.
Where we work

Glasgow and the west of Scotland

Our home is Partick, on the north bank of the Clyde, and Glasgow is where we know property best — its tenements, its regeneration corridors and its commercial districts. From here we work across the wider west of Scotland wherever the right opportunity arises.
